it's a damn shame that on Super Bowl Sunday the big story will be a " A Black Head Coach Wins Super Bowl". Why in 2007 is that such a big deal and why do we as black people help to give credit to it?
I mean it's not hard to believe that a brother can rally a team of predominately black players to win a game is it?

If we are still thinking its big thing for a black head coach to be coaching a super bowl how are we ever going to get to the point where we can believe a brother can lead the country.Even if the black candidate speaks so well ..

like Sen. Biden has said.

i guess like everything else in life...it's history. for so long, we've been the movers and shakers of this country and certain whites really didn't give a fuck enuff to allow our creativity, self-expression, and all that to foster ourselves into the public eye.
now, we're not letting anybody forget it...although with the current music scene driving today's youth and adults, we may have already forgotten ourselves. our history.
You know I just heard on the news that Sen Biden. is apologizing for making deragatory remarks and he didn't mean for his words to be an insult. Now I am not a black women or man and I can't tell how I would feel about the things he said, but as a women living in this world I think it is time for a CHANGE! I think most of the white men in power are just living out their childhood dreams of being large and in charge. You know what I mean the GI JOE years..
