TRULY A GREAT PERFORMANCE
Eddie Murphy made my paying full price to see a musical worth it. Truth is if I knew my boy Bootleg Jordan had the crystal clear copy I would have never saw this movie on a screen bigger than 60 inches. Mr Murphy showed his royal comedic ass in this performance .
But the scene that made me go " Oh Eddie is on one in this movie"
was when Jamie Foxx smashed the single he had recorded and he was about to shoot up .
When he gave that look to Effie's brother like either join in or get the fugg outta here !!! His recieving the Golden Globe should only be a warm up for his acceptance of an oscar. Who would have thought that Oscar and Eddie would be mentioned in the same conversation. After seeing Dr Doolittle 2 and the Haunted Mansion I wanted to crack him in the head with the statue to keep it one hunit.
Nothing wise ass to say about one of my comedy heroes... just kudos!!!!
