Al Sharpton for President...
For years I've been teasing the permed coiffed preacher turned politician for thinking that he might be considered by black folks, let alone white people to run the country. The citizens of the United States have long been led by leadership that though they haven't dressed the part been pimping us with reckless abandoned.
Maybe I have been wrong with my thoughts , maybe the season might just be right for some real revolutionary change again in this country.
The republicans will really have to fight to keep the white house in their clutches this time around ... the only charismatic figures that comes to mind is Condoleezza Rice and Rudy Guilliani and I'm not too sure of the Right Wing having a sister or a sicilian as the head honcho (or honcha ...if there is such a term smile !!!)
So it seems we might have either Hillary or Brother Obama as the front runners . Which is cool seeing with either winning we will have a black man in the white house... Obama wins we get a brother that has a african name tell me that aint advancement for colored people. A brother that has shunned his slave name and made it to the top of the chain. With Hillary she is bringing back smooth ass, saxophone playing and hefty hoe chasing Bill Clinton who knows his way well around the oval office.
But back to Rev Al. I really believe that he deserves a place on someones cabinet. I met him a few months back while in Atlanta and i have to admit i was more than impressed with his articulation and quick wit.
Hell I might even go vote this year .
Stopped voting when Al Gore turned his back on Bill... was like how you going to turn your back on Batman when you are Robin ? Al Sharpton unlike backwards ass Al Gore hasn't forgotten about his roots.. now he may have chemically relaxed them but he has a sense of where he came from and I dig that.
He has let go of the velvet jumpsuit and got a better beautician .. give the brother a chance .
To be one hundred about the whole deal I wanted him to be president just so the reporters could be put on hold awaiting the state of the union address only to have his stylist come out and say ," The president needs a fw more minutes he's underneath the dryer lettting his hair set ... holla !"

I agree with you about Al Sharpton. He really has a solid message for African Amreicans BUT would you really vote for him over Barack Obama? By the way, you are so handsome.
